TriAxis Consulting Group is committed to delivering high-quality consulting services. Because our services involve significant professional time and personalized work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of engagement.

Before work begins: Clients may cancel and receive a full refund of any deposit paid, provided no consulting work has commenced.

Work in progress: If work has begun but is not yet complete, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Completed deliverables: Once final deliverables have been submitted to the client (SOPs, petition letters, manuscripts, business plans, or other documents), no refunds will be issued.

Disputes or concerns about the quality of work should be raised within 7 days of deliverable submission. TriAxis will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns through revisions at no additional cost.
